Refund policy

This is a small business that utilizes made to order products. We work with a production partner to produce the inventory as needed. When you place orders with our shop  we will place orders with our supplier. We do this to keep our costs low and quality high. You can expect to receive your order quickly without any defects. However as the products are made to order I cannot give refunds unless the product is damaged or defected.

Before returning if there is a defect please contact me as I will notify the printer who may replace the product for you. If you receive your order damaged or with a defect you will be entitled to a replacement. In cases of undelivered items due to an incorrect address or customer rejection then unfortunately a refund will not be given with two print providers, and the remaining one will reprint with an extra charge or partial refund. The exception is for handmade products which if returned should be in their original state when purchased, packed appropriately and the cost of return postage, to be paid by yourself.
